You should also consume vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, cabbage, lettuce, cucumbers, celery, etc.
To meet the needs of body fat, you can cosume natural fat like coconut oil, butter, olive oil, etc

You can do sport 3 until 4 in one week. Beside make your body healthy, It also helps you to less your weight. You can do sport like gymnastics, bicycling, walking, jogging, swimming, etc.
