  • Drink water as needed. It means not least and not too much.
  • Drink your water gradually, don't spent at once at one gulp. 
  • Drink your water periodically.  For example : a glass of water after wake up, a glass of water before sleep, a glass of water several minute after eat.
  • Not exhale or blow your water.
  • Don't drink water that still hot or too cold.
  • Don't drink water with standing. Drink with standing make water fall down to the bottom of the organ quickly. Water doesn't accommodated in gastric that will be pump by hearth to all organs. So water doesn't spread to another organs. Whereas according to medical science 70 percent of our body consists of water
  • The need of water for every person are different. The ideal formula to drink water as expert says is every 100kg weight, we must drink 3 liter of water.
  • We can determine when water supply for body is enough from urine. If the colour of urine is bright yellow or clear and in much intensity, it's mean water supply for our body is enough.

1. A Glass of Water Every Morning

2. Sleep Enough
lack of sleep make us tired, angry, and can't maintain good concentration. Lack of sleep also can ruin physics, health (especially heart's health). Many research show that 8 hours sleep / 24 hours is an average standard needs for adult. But for different people is still different too ranged 8-10 hours.

3. Stretching in the morning
Stretching can increase bloodstream to your muscles and can give extra oxigen which useful to do activity in that day with spirit and optimistic.

4. Accustom to Breakfast
Breakfast very useful for power source to do activity. Breakfast can also prevent from grastic disease.

5. Take Your Time to Walk Everyday
We know the benefit of physical activity (like walking), but most of us feel don't have much time and desire to do sport.

6. Do Social Interaction
Said that people who lonely tends to be sick faster and died when young.  So People who don't have friends easily stress, depression, and often less physically active. Many expert said that people who have good social interaction, also have good health.
